New business name

After much debate with myself and family, I have decided to update my business name.  I've chosen the name "Metal & Maille".  I hope my new name conveys a better sense of the type of jewelry I'm making.  I'm now combining the technique of fold forming with my chainmaille.  For those of you not versed in jewelry terms, fold forming is the process of heating, folding, and hammering sheet metal to get various results.  It's been quite a journey and lots of fun.

JC Wire Jewelry became outdated shortly after I chose it.  Most people had no idea what I was trying to convey, and I had to do a lot of explaining.  Metal & Maille focuses on my current style.  I now work mostly in chainmaille and sheet metal, hence the metal and maille name.  It has been a fun journey with JC Wire Jewelry.  I'm sad to see the name go but it's time to think more about the future and where I want to take my jewelry.
