How to redeem a gift certificate
When checking out with a gift certificate, please enter your certificate number/numbers in the notes to seller at checkout. Your paypal account will be refunded within 24 hours. Or, you may contact me directly to purchase an item. Please include the certificate number (or numbers) and I will email you a secure invoice for the proper amount from my credit card processor.
Shipping
**All items are shipped via USPS within 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the description. If your item does not have to be sized, it will ship within 24 hours.**

Refunds and exchanges
I guarantee my work. If you are unhappy with the item, exchanges and returns are welcome as long as the item is returned within 7 days. If the item is damaged, I'll be happy to repair or replace it. Just contact me.

Custom requests
I do custom orders. If you would like a design in a different metal, style, etc, please contact me. All custom orders require a 50% deposit with the remainder of the balance due once the item is complete.

Please note, I do not share your contact information with anyone nor do I keep a record of your credit card information.
